Welcome to The Center for Children's Justice
Carolinas Chapter

Welcome to the Center for Children's Justice, Carolina's Chapter Web Site. We are an organization dedicated to strongly opposing legal system abuses and legislature that contradicts the constitution of the United States of America. These abuses plague America today and must be treated as the serious threat to freedom that they are. We will take whatever legal action necessary to effect change to protect the rights of American people, young and old everywhere. We address a number of issues that all tie into one basic principle, preserving our rights and freedom.

Our primary concern is the rights of family. In today’s society, there is not as much importance put into the family unit, as there should be. Our families are being ripped apart by many wrongful laws and procedures. This is a very real travesty that is affecting our youth more than anything.

Parent’s Rights

The Parent’s Rights section of CCJ-Carolinas covers many examples of how our freedoms and rights as parents are stripped away from us through the various laws and procedures of our court systems and Social Services. We touch base on Parental Alienation Syndrome, the procedures and rulings on Domestic Violence restraining orders (VAWA), Abuse via Child Support Enforcement, the unnecessary drugging of our children, and the financial gain of our courts and affiliates for the abuse of the systems. Our main goal is to give the truly good parents back their rights to raise their children. Things must change for our youth and for our families.

The Drugging of America

Our Drugging of America section of CCJ-Carolinas tackles the issues of our youth of America being given lobotomizing and addictive drugs. It has become far too common. Our children are being diagnosed and treated for different types of behavior that is, quite frankly, normal in the child’s growing process. What our doctors, courts, and schools don’t realize is the fact that these drugs have a permanent and usually disastrous affect on these children throughout their whole lives. It may seem easiest to give our hyper-active and curious children a drug to “calm them down”, but in the end the child’s life becomes overwhelmingly complicated as are the lives of everyone around them. It seems that if we would just communicate, educate, and listen to our children as parents instead of accepting the “quick fix” treatments offered by the schools and doctors. Then we would all live and grow to our fullest potentials and not cut short the choices life may bring.

We are The People - Not the Problem

Briefly, we believe the root of all of the above problems is a "culture" within our government that fosters the belief that the people of this country are the problem and treat us as such. If you look deeply into each of the areas we cover in CCJ-Carolinas (and others), you find the same mindset ruling the process. Our rights are ignored and we are driven into bankruptcy for simply believing in our Constitutional Rights and trying to apply them to our lives. This done by clever legal boondoggles that trick us into agreeing to let the various government agencies and pseudo-agencies do this to us. This must change, we must see to it that this change happens.

Yours truly,

President
